Welcome to the Year of the Ox! Yes, I'm still posting Lunar New Year happenings! Ha!
The day started early in the morning with visiting and becoming a vegetarian for half a day. I don't mind eating veggies for the first half of the day after all the feasting the night before at the reunion dinner. It's a tradition that my family has been observing for years, and I don't really know what does it signify.
It was a fun day filled with visiting relatives, eating all the New Year goodies, and of course collecting ang bao for me! Ha!
